Who We Are
Divine Care of Port Charlotte is a state-licensed assisted living facility in Florida. We provide accommodation, amenities, and services to individuals who are no longer capable of living alone without supervision and assistance. We are a small community that holds a standard license that allows care for no more than five (5) residents at most. We understand that each individual has unique circumstances, so we are here to provide comfort, care, and safety in the best way we can. With the dedication and compassion of our professionally trained staff, our goal is to maintain or improve the quality of life of relatively independent senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. We address their social, physical, and psychological needs by providing housing, meals, supervision, and assistance in a way that promotes autonomy and independence.

We accept private pay and VA benefits. Soon, we will also start to accept Medicaid diversion programs, where you will have the chance to select your insurance company.
